Web Exit

I need a bit of a help here, please!!! You see, the navigation of a web site brings up tons of questions. Everybody has their opinion of the best way to do it form the visitor’s perspective, from the coder’s perspective, from the design cosmetics perspective or from their own perspective. Almost none of us will agree! This poses quite a dilemma for the web designer who simply wants to know what they should do right now. Here then i where You come into spothligh:
Tell me what i do wrong!? What do You think about navigation here!? Is it easy & friendly!? What should I change!? What shud I add!? PLEASE! Hopefully I have created a fairly simple design, simple to use and simple to maintain navigation. If not please help!
